Consent choices

Consent should be a real choice, not a checkbox you were tricked into. Here is exactly what we ask for, when, and how to take it back.

What we ask for, and when

Starting a tool needs no consent and no details. You can open any free health tool and answer its questions without giving us anything.

Seeing your full report asks for your mobile number. Before we show your result we ask for your WhatsApp number and a specific, separate tick-box confirming you want the report and wellbeing tips sent to you on WhatsApp. That box is never pre-ticked.

Safety is never gated. If an answer suggests you may be at risk, the tool stops and shows support information immediately — before any request for your number, and whether or not you ever give it.

Marketing consent is separate. Agreeing to receive your report is not agreeing to marketing. Each is asked for on its own and can be withdrawn on its own.

How to withdraw

On WhatsApp: use the opt-out option on any message we send, or reply asking us to stop. We will stop sending.

By email: write to dpo@nily.health and tell us what you want withdrawn — messages, or your data entirely.

Withdrawing consent stops future processing that relied on it. It does not undo processing already carried out lawfully, and it does not affect information we must keep by law.

What we never do with a consent

We do not treat consent for one thing as consent for another. We do not sell your data. We do not send your health answers to advertising or remarketing platforms, and we do not build ad audiences from them. A concerning result is never used to manufacture urgency or pressure you into buying something.
