Nily for Schools
Student wellbeing is now a reportable obligation. Make it your school's strongest asset.
Nily for Schools is the operating system that runs the whole student-wellbeing mandate — assessments, habits, safety, records, the annual report — and turns it into admissions strength and a recurring revenue line. A Supreme Court judgment, an amended CBSE bye-law, NEP 2020 and a national health programme all landed on the same desk: yours.
Mandate facts cited from the CBSE circular of 19 January 2026 and public government programme material, as of July 2026.
Five forces converged on the same requirement
Student wellbeing has moved from a values statement to a compliance surface. Every layer below is already in force.

The mandate is staffing-shaped. The problem is not.
A 2,000-student school now needs multiple dedicated counsellors, twice-yearly training for every staff member, anonymous records, and an annual report nobody has a system for. Hiring discharges the ratio. It does not answer the question every principal actually has: which of my students needs help this week — and can I prove we acted? That answer needs an operating system: signal, records, escalation and the report — running continuously, not assembled annually.
One operating system. Four layers.
Nily is a doctor-led health platform already live on the App Store and Google Play — 22 clinically-reviewed assessments, daily tracking, a named clinical team. Nily for Schools puts that engine to work for your campus.
Assess — personalized, on a schedule
Build — micro-habits, micro-trainings, journaling
Protect — safety rails, always first
Comply — the cockpit and the annual report
Who sees what
Privacy is the architecture, not a policy page. Built for the DPDP Act from day one: verifiable parental consent before anything is processed, zero advertising use.

From cost centre to recurring revenue line
The school offers the Student Wellbeing Programme as a named line in its fee structure — a tangible per-child service parents can see and value. Nily licenses the platform to the school at a per-student rate below the programme fee. The difference is the school's — recurring, every student, every year — earned while discharging a compliance obligation and strengthening admissions.
Parent workshops, staff wellbeing and health-camp days add further programme lines over time. Commercials are tailored to each school's size, board and fee structure — discussed directly, not published.
Frequently asked questions
What does the January 2026 CBSE circular actually require?
The amended affiliation bye-laws require one counselling and wellness teacher per 500 students and a career counsellor at the same ratio for Classes 9–12, mental-health training for all staff at least twice a year, anonymous wellness records, and an annual report of interventions, referrals, trainings and activities. Nily for Schools is built to run and evidence all of it.
Does Nily replace our counsellors?
No. The counsellor posts are the school’s to fill under the bye-laws. Nily multiplies them: scheduled assessments surface who may need attention, the cockpit keeps records in the mandated anonymous format, and the annual report generates from work already logged instead of being assembled by hand.
Can Nily diagnose students?
No. Nily is wellness plus doctor-led services. Student assessments produce orientations — signals worth a professional conversation — never diagnoses. Anything concerning routes to qualified professionals, and crisis support is always shown first, before any result.
What does the school see about individual students?
Nothing individual. The school sees anonymous cohort patterns, participation and the mandated reports. Parents see their own child’s quarterly report. Students keep their results and journal private. That separation is engineered, not promised.
What does it cost?
Commercials are tailored to each school’s size, board and fee structure, and discussed directly. The programme is structured so the school earns a recurring margin rather than carrying a cost — and founding-cohort pilots are free for one term.

The Founding Schools Cohort
We are opening Nily for Schools with a founding cohort of ten schools: a free one-term pilot, success metrics agreed jointly, founding commercial terms locked before public pricing, and a direct voice in what we build next.
Nily is wellness plus doctor-led services. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Crisis support is always shown first and free.
