Do not use a routine lab booking for an emergency. For severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, fainting, a serious allergic reaction, immediate danger or another possible emergency in India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for sample collection, a report, an app response or email.
Book blood tests at home with lab details, preparation and prices shown before payment
Home sample collection can make an appropriate laboratory test easier to complete—but convenience is only one part of a trustworthy service. You should know which laboratory will process the sample, exactly what is included, how to prepare, what the complete price is and when the report is expected.
Nily helps you check current serviceability, compare available test pathways, review performing-laboratory and collection details, choose a slot and access the report through a governed health-record flow.
Every selectable result is built to show the performing laboratory, verified accreditation scope and complete payable amount before you pay—and your test choices, address and payment details are never sold or used for advertising.
Checking serviceability is free and does not require a full address or payment details.
A laboratory report is not a complete diagnosis. Nily does not make every assessment result require a test, and no package can prove that your "full body" is healthy.

What is a blood test at home?
A blood test at home is a home-collection service: a trained, authorized collection professional visits your confirmed location, verifies your booking and collects the required blood specimen, which is then processed by an identified partner laboratory. It is not a self-test kit—the sample is collected by a professional and read by the laboratory, not by you.

What must be visible before you book
Before you pay, the confirmed booking should make every one of these facts visible—including who performs the collection (a trained phlebotomist or collection professional), the report turnaround you can expect and how the digital report reaches you.
| Booking information | What the page must show | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Test identity | Exact test or panel name and every included analyte | Similar package names can contain different tests |
| Performing laboratory | Legal name and relevant processing information | Collection and testing may involve different entities |
| Accreditation | Current status and scope applicable to the selected tests | Accreditation is not a blanket claim for every test or site |
| Preparation | Fasting, timing and other verified instructions | Incorrect preparation can affect usefulness or require recollection |
| Specimen and collection | Sample type, home-collection availability and collector details | Home collection is not the same as a self-test kit |
| Complete price | Test price, collection charge, taxes and other mandatory fees | The checkout total must not appear only after health data is submitted |
| Expected report time | A realistic range and factors that may cause delay | A target is not a guaranteed diagnosis or clinical response time |
| Terms | Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, failed collection and recollection rules | Users need the complete service contract before payment |
Test price, collection charge and slot availability are confirmed within the live serviceability check before you proceed—check availability rather than relying on a number here.
Home collection is not the same as testing yourself
For this service, home collection means an authorized collection professional visits the confirmed location, verifies the booking and collects the required specimen for processing by the identified laboratory. It does not mean the user performs a venous blood draw or interprets a home kit through Nily.
If Nily later offers a self-test or device pathway, it requires a separate page, evidence review, instructions, regulatory status, limitations and confirmation pathway. Do not merge it into this service for keyword reach.
Preparation instructions are test-specific
Not every blood test requires fasting, and fasting does not mean the same thing for every order. The live booking must show instructions supplied for the exact test and laboratory. If medicine timing is relevant, tell the user to follow the applicable professional or laboratory instruction; do not advise stopping medicine through public content.
If you are pregnant, have diabetes, are prone to fainting, have a bleeding condition, take anticoagulants or need accessibility support, disclose the relevant information through the protected collection flow so the service can confirm suitability and preparation.
A "full body checkup" has limits
Package names are marketing shorthand, not proof that every organ, disease or risk has been assessed. More tests are not automatically better: unnecessary testing can produce incidental findings, anxiety, repeat testing and cost.
Before ordering a broad package, review every included test and why it is relevant. Use a free health assessment for an educational starting view or an online doctor consultation when individualized medical judgment is needed.
Laboratory reports need context
A value outside the stated reference interval does not automatically establish a disease, and a value within range does not rule out every problem. Interpretation can depend on symptoms, history, age, pregnancy, medicines, laboratory method and trends.
Nily may organize results and show laboratory-provided flags, but must not silently change the report, invent a diagnosis or call an AI summary a clinician review. Keep the original authenticated laboratory report available.
Explore Personalized Health TrackingCritical results and worsening symptoms require a human pathway
The performing laboratory and service flow must have a defined process for verified critical results, identity confirmation, communication and escalation. Nily must not rely on a push notification or chatbot as the sole critical-result channel.
Do not wait for a report if symptoms become severe or rapidly worsen. Call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department for a possible emergency.
Read Nily's Safety GuidancePrivacy across booking, collection and reports
Test selection, collection address, identity, reports, inferred conditions and payment records are sensitive. Share only the information required with the laboratory, collection provider, payment processor and authorized Nily roles for their defined purposes.
Do not place test names, results, reports, precise addresses or inferred conditions in advertising systems, general analytics, session replay or marketing leads. Explain access, retention, correction, download and deletion choices where applicable through the Privacy Policy, Data Use Notice and Consent Choices.

Live booking — opening region by region
This module activates once the governed catalogue and fulfilment source are live. Here is exactly what it will let you check before you pay:
First-step fields
- Collection location: postcode and city; the complete address is requested only after service selection.
- Patient age group: adult or minor; the minor route applies the required parent or guardian process.
- What you are looking for: exact test name, clinician-recommended panel, metabolic tests, women's-health tests or another currently supported category.
- Collection preference: home collection or currently available laboratory visit.
- Preferred date: only real collection capacity returned by the fulfilment system is shown.
Every result will show
- Exact test or panel name and all included tests.
- Performing laboratory legal identity and relevant location.
- Current accreditation status and scope where claimed, with a verification route.
- Collection provider identity where different from the laboratory.
- Specimen type, verified preparation and important limitations.
- Available date and time window.
- Test price, home-collection charge, taxes and complete payable amount.
- Expected reporting range and report-access method.
- Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, failed-collection and recollection terms.
What this module will never do
- Show a slot, price, laboratory or test that is not currently returned by the governed catalogue and fulfilment source.
- Collect symptoms, reports or diagnosis details merely to check postcode serviceability.
- Preselect the largest package or use fear-based warnings to upsell more tests.
- Claim "NABL accredited" unless the identified performing laboratory, location and selected scope are currently covered.
- Create a fake queue or collect a sales lead by default if a location is unsupported.
- Mix service consent, report storage and marketing permission into one setting.
- Continue the conversion flow when emergency guidance is required.
Frequently asked questions
How do I book a blood test at home?
Check postcode serviceability, choose the exact test, review the performing laboratory, preparation, slot, complete price and terms, then provide the collection address through the protected booking flow.
Is home sample collection available near me?
Availability depends on current collection capacity, location, test and time. Use the live serviceability module; do not rely on a general India-wide claim.
Who collects the blood sample?
The booking confirmation must identify the collection provider relationship and verification process. Home collection should be performed by an appropriately trained and authorized professional.
Which laboratory processes my sample?
The selectable result and confirmation must show the performing laboratory's legal identity and relevant processing information before payment.
Is the laboratory NABL accredited?
Where accreditation is claimed, Nily must show current, verifiable status for the performing laboratory and the scope relevant to the selected tests. One accreditation does not cover every test, site or partner.
Do all blood tests require fasting?
No. Preparation depends on the exact test and laboratory instructions. Follow the instructions shown for your confirmed booking and do not stop medicine unless an appropriate professional advises it.
How much does a blood test at home cost?
The live result must show the test price, collection charge, taxes and complete payable amount. This page does not hard-code prices that may become inaccurate.
Can I book a full body checkup at home?
Only currently available packages may be shown. Review every included test and remember that a package cannot examine the entire body or rule out every condition.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
Requirements can depend on the test and applicable service rules. The selected test page must state whether an order or additional information is needed before collection.
When will I receive my report?
The booking must show an expected reporting range for the exact test. Delays can occur, and a reporting target is not a guaranteed clinical interpretation time.
Will Nily explain my results?
Nily may organize the laboratory report and provide clearly labelled education. Individual interpretation or medical advice requires an appropriately qualified professional and explicit service scope.
What if my report has an abnormal value?
Follow any urgent instructions from the laboratory or professional. A flagged value needs context and may require medical review; do not self-diagnose or change medicine from the report alone.
What if the collector cannot obtain the sample?
The booking terms must explain failed collection, second attempts, recollection, charges, rescheduling and refunds before payment.
Can I book for a child or another family member?
Use the authorized dependent pathway. The actual patient must be identified, and age-appropriate collection, consent and guardian requirements must be confirmed.
How is my report protected?
Reports must use purpose-specific access, secure delivery and clear retention controls. They must not be sent to advertising systems, general analytics or ordinary email without an appropriate secure process.
How can I contact Nily?

Check the laboratory and complete price before booking
Confirm serviceability, choose the exact test, review the performing laboratory, preparation, collection slot, report timing and complete payable amount before sharing a full address or paying.
A laboratory test is one source of health information. It does not replace symptoms, history, examination or qualified interpretation.
