nily

Nily does not continuously monitor trackers or guarantee that a person will review an entry. For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, immediate danger or another possible emergency in India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a trend, score, notification, email or app response. Read Nily's Safety Principles

Track the health signals that matter to you in one private, connected view

A poor week of sleep can pull down mood, energy and appetite together, and a new medicine can shift all four. A personal health tracker can help you remember what happened and see change over time without forcing every part of life into one score.

Nily lets you choose relevant trackers, review the source and timing of each entry, and build a clearer personal timeline. You can use that context for reflection, a structured program or a better-prepared conversation with an appropriate health professional.

Track only what is useful. Entries are optional, patterns are informational and Nily is not an emergency-monitoring or diagnostic service.

What is a health tracker app?

A health tracker app helps you record selected health and wellbeing signals — from symptoms to sleep, mood, medicines and habits — and review how they change over time in one private view. It supports recall and reflection. It does not diagnose a condition, replace a medical record or continuously monitor your safety.

Build a tracker around your priorities—not every possible metric

Rather than one generic dashboard, build a personal health dashboard around the signals that actually matter to you right now.

Symptoms and physical wellbeing

Record selected symptoms, effect on the day, timing and optional context. A symptom tracker supports recall; it cannot determine diagnosis, cause, severity or medical safety by itself.

Medicines and side effects

Keep a time-stamped record of medicines taken as entered, missed-dose context and possible effects. Nily must never use a tracker to tell a person to start, stop, double or change a medicine. Use Medication and Side-Effect Tracking

Mood, stress and energy

Notice self-reported change without converting one difficult day into a diagnosis. Safety responses operate outside ordinary graphs, scores and engagement flows.

Sleep and recovery

Track how sleep felt, timing where relevant and its relationship with the day. A sleep log is not a sleep study and cannot rule in or rule out a sleep disorder.

Weight and body measurements

Review measurements in context without shame, public comparison or dramatic day-to-day judgment. Use verified units, preserve the original entry and do not imply that lower is always better.

Movement, hydration and everyday habits

Track selected routines without treating a target as universally appropriate. Disability, illness, climate, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, work and caregiving can change what is realistic or safe.

Laboratory and consultation context

Where a supported service is connected, keep results and professional notes clearly separate from self-reported entries. Nily must not silently reinterpret a laboratory result or present an app summary as a clinician's conclusion.

How do I choose a health tracker app?

Privacy and control

Look for real controls over what is collected, who can see it and how to revoke access — not only a privacy-policy link.

Signals that match your priorities

Check whether trackers can be added through manual entry or a supported wearable connection, and whether you can enable only what matters instead of a fixed one-size list.

Correction and export

Confirm you can correct a mistaken entry and export your history in a readable, date-bounded file without losing the original record.

Sharing controls

A useful tracker asks before any doctor, program team or family member sees your data, and lets you revoke that sharing permission later.

Explainable patterns

Patterns should show an association, not causation or a diagnosis. Look for visible source labels, observation counts and honest limits rather than one confident score.

Visible safety limits

No tracker should imply continuous monitoring. Check that urgent guidance and direct emergency contact remain visible outside any paywall, streak mechanic or upsell.

An independent feature comparison across health tracker apps is in preparation. Nily does not describe itself as the "best" health tracker app on this page.

How personalized health tracking works

Step 1

Choose a health focus

Select what you want to understand now, such as daily wellbeing, metabolic health, medicine experience, women's health or habit consistency. This choice controls relevance; it is not a diagnosis.

Step 2

Add only useful trackers

Choose from the approved tracker catalogue. Every tracker must show what it records, why it may help, whether an entry can affect CHI and whether data comes from you or a connected source.

Step 3

Set units, reminders and privacy

Confirm measurement units, notification preferences, quiet hours and sharing defaults. Reminders are optional and must never disclose sensitive health details on a lock screen by default.

Step 4

Record or connect information

Enter information directly or connect a supported source through an explicit permission flow. Imported data must show source, captured time, sync time and connection state.

Step 5

Review a personal timeline

See entries in chronological context, including corrections, missing periods and source changes. Nily must not fill gaps with invented values.

Step 6

Explore explainable patterns

Compare selected signals over an appropriate period. The interface must distinguish observation from interpretation and correlation from cause.

Step 7

Choose a relevant next step

Continue tracking, adjust the tracker set, use a focused assessment, join a suitable program or discuss a concern with an appropriate professional. A pattern must not create an automatic prescription or diagnosis.

Choose the right Nily tracking route

What you want to do Relevant route Important distinction
Record how today feels Daily Health Check-In Brief daily reflection
Track several selected signals Personalized Health Tracking Multi-signal timeline and dashboard
Understand a composite longitudinal view CHI Health Score Explainable index, not diagnosis
Track medicines and possible effects Medication and Side-Effect Tracking Medicine-specific safety controls
Write private context in your own words Private Health Journal Free text, not structured scoring
Complete a focused assessment Free Health Tools Tool-specific purpose and limitations
Follow an ongoing pathway Health Programs Structured support, not passive tracking

A graph can show an association; it cannot prove the cause

Two signals may change together because of coincidence, a third factor, altered routine, measurement error or an underlying health issue. Nily may say that entries "moved together" or that a pattern is "worth reviewing." It must not say that a food, medicine, habit or event caused an outcome unless appropriate evidence and individual clinical review support that conclusion.

Date range, number of observations, missing entries, source changes and data maturity must remain visible beside any pattern. Avoid false precision, universal targets and "AI discovered" language.

Your sources and corrections remain visible

Every supported entry should preserve:

  • What was recorded and in which unit.
  • Whether it was self-reported, imported or professionally documented.
  • The represented date and time, entry time and timezone.
  • Device or service source where relevant and authorized.
  • Sync status, duplicate handling and any transformation.
  • Correction history without silently rewriting the past.
  • Whether the entry currently contributes to CHI or a program.

If a connected source fails, say so. Do not display old data as current or claim synchronization until the platform confirms it.

Use tracking to prepare for care—not replace it

A concise, date-bounded summary can help you remember questions and describe change. It is not a complete medical record, referral, prescription or clinical interpretation.

If symptoms or medicine effects concern you, consider an Online Doctor Consultation where appropriate and available. For nutrition goals, review Online Nutrition Consultation. For selected investigations, explore Lab Tests. Professional identity, role, scope, fees and availability must be clear before booking.

Do not delay care merely to collect a longer tracking history.

Tracking can support a structured program

Relevant trackers may support Medical Weight Management, GLP-1 Support, PCOS or PCOD Support, Prediabetes Support, Postpartum Wellbeing, Mental Wellbeing or Everyday Health Foundations.

Joining a program must not automatically grant every team member access to every tracker. The live flow must identify the exact data requested, purpose, professional role, access period and way to revoke future sharing.

Personal tracking must not become pressure

Nily must not use streak loss, shame, public leaderboards, alarming colours or repeated prompts to force entries. A gap may reflect illness, travel, access, caregiving, disability or a deliberate choice—not failure.

Users must be able to pause a tracker, change reminder frequency and remove an irrelevant goal without losing unrelated information. More tracking is not automatically better tracking.

Health-tracking data is sensitive

Symptoms, medicines, measurements, moods, habits, notes, reproductive information and inferred patterns can reveal intimate health and life circumstances. Keep these data outside advertising audiences, sales scoring, general session replay, employer or insurer decisions and ordinary marketing analytics.

Before tracking begins, explain collection, source, storage, access, retention, export, correction, deletion, CHI contribution, program sharing and professional sharing. Review the Privacy Policy, Data Use Notice and Consent Choices.

For non-urgent product, privacy or support questions, email care@nily.health. Do not email symptoms, medicine changes, laboratory values or urgent requests.

Set up personalized health tracking

Tracking begins in the authenticated Nily app or protected web experience. The public marketing page must not collect health entries.

Frequently asked questions

What is a health tracker app?

A health tracker app helps record selected health and wellbeing information and review it over time. It can support recall and reflection but does not independently diagnose a condition.

What can I track with Nily?

The documented categories include symptoms, physical wellbeing, medicines and possible side effects, mood, stress, energy, sleep, weight, movement, hydration and selected habits. Only approved live trackers should appear in the product.

Do I need to track everything every day?

No. Choose the smallest set that supports your current purpose. Every tracker and reminder should be optional unless a clearly described service requires a particular input.

Is Nily a free health tracker app?

Yes. The Nily app is free forever — personalized health tracking, your daily check-in and CHI score, the medication and side-effect tracker, and your doctor share-PDF, with no card and no catch. You pay only for optional extras you choose, such as a lab test or a consultation, and that price is always shown before you buy. We never sell your data.

Does Nily work on Android or iPhone?

Supported platforms, operating-system versions and download links must be shown only after verification. The canonical web page should not imply device support that has not launched.

Can Nily diagnose from my tracking data?

No. Tracking can reveal an observation worth discussing, but an automated pattern does not establish diagnosis, cause, prognosis or treatment.

Can I track symptoms?

Yes, where the relevant tracker is live. A symptom entry supports recall and must not be treated as proof that a symptom is harmless or urgent.

Can I track medicines and side effects?

Use the dedicated Medication and Side-Effect Tracker. It cannot safely decide whether to start, stop, skip, double or change a medicine.

Does tracking affect my CHI score?

Selected approved inputs may contribute under the current CHI method. The app must show contribution status, data maturity, missing-data effects and algorithm version.

Can I connect a wearable or another health app?

Only supported integrations should be offered. Each connection must explain requested permissions, source, sync behaviour, disconnection and deletion consequences.

Can a doctor or program team see my trackers?

Only through an explicit authorized sharing flow. Booking a service or joining a program must not silently expose the full tracking history.

Can I correct or delete an entry?

The live product should provide governed correction and deletion choices while preserving necessary audit and legal requirements. It must explain any limit before action.

Can I export my health-tracking history?

Where available, exports should be readable, date-bounded and source-labelled. An export is not automatically a complete medical record or clinical interpretation.

Is a health journal different from a medical record?

Yes. A private health journal is your own written context — thoughts, experiences and detail that a structured tracker does not capture. It is not a professional medical record, referral or clinical interpretation, though a dated entry may help you prepare for a consultation.

Is Nily suitable for an emergency?

No. Nily does not continuously monitor entries. For a possible emergency in India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

How can I contact Nily?

For support or privacy questions, email care@nily.health. For business or partnership enquiries, email Info@annotatory.com.
