Build healthy habits that fit your real life—one foundation at a time

A healthy lifestyle is not one perfect meal, one workout or an unbroken streak. It is a pattern built across sleep, nourishment, hydration, movement, recovery and preventive follow-through—and that pattern has to work in your actual life.

The Nily Everyday Health Foundations Program helps you choose a practical starting point, turn it into a manageable daily action and review what changes without shame, extreme rules or one-size-fits-all targets.

The core assessment result appears before optional account creation. Nily supports education, habit tracking and care navigation; it does not diagnose or replace individualized medical care.

What is the Nily Everyday Health Foundations Program?

The Nily Everyday Health Foundations Program is a structured wellness pathway across sleep, nourishment, hydration, movement, recovery and preventive follow-through. It helps you choose a practical starting point, turn it into a manageable daily action and review what changes—without shame, extreme rules or one-size-fits-all targets. It is not a diagnosis or treatment program.

Six foundations for everyday health

Sleep and recovery

Notice sleep timing, rest, interruptions and daytime energy. The aim is to understand patterns—not to turn one difficult night into a diagnosis or prescribe the same sleep target to everyone.

Nourishment

Build regular, varied eating patterns that reflect your preferences, culture, access, health context and professional advice. Nily should not use fear, moral labels or a universal diet to drive engagement.

Hydration

Use simple cues to remember fluids while accounting for climate, activity, pregnancy, medicines and health conditions. A public page must not prescribe one intake amount for every person.

Movement and mobility

Choose movement that matches your ability, environment, recovery and current medical guidance. Progress can include walking, mobility, strength, balance, sport or breaking up long periods of sitting.

Stress, reflection and connection

Make room for recovery, reflection and supportive relationships without suggesting that personal habits can solve every financial, workplace, caregiving or mental-health challenge.

Preventive follow-through

Keep track of questions, reports, medicines, screening discussions and appointments. Nily can help organize the next step, but a tracker cannot decide which investigation or treatment you need.

Build a healthy lifestyle plan you can adjust

A personal wellness plan works best when it names one small step per foundation, expects the occasional setback, and reviews progress on a consistent, flexible schedule you can actually keep. Use the environment and barriers you already know about—not a generic script—to decide the habit cue you rely on.

Foundation An adjustable starting point Review cadence
Sleep and recovery Notice your usual timing, interruptions and daytime energy, then adjust one variable at a time Weekly, alongside how you feel
Nourishment Choose one realistic change to your eating pattern that fits your preferences, culture and access Weekly, alongside energy and appetite
Hydration Use a simple personal cue for fluids that accounts for your climate, activity and health context Weekly
Movement and mobility Pick movement that matches your ability, environment and current medical guidance Weekly, alongside recovery
Stress, reflection and connection Set aside time for reflection or a supportive relationship, without expecting it to solve every challenge Weekly
Preventive follow-through Keep one running list of open questions, reports or appointments to revisit Monthly, or before your next check-in

This is a planning framework, not a prescriptive treatment plan—it does not set universal sleep, calorie, hydration, weight-loss, step-count or exercise targets. Use it as a personal reference: print or save this page, or begin tracking one row of it inside a daily health check-in .

See where your habits actually stand

Two free checks that turn the foundations above into a starting point. Neither is a medical test, and neither measures your body's age or predicts your lifespan — they reflect the everyday patterns you report.

Biological Age Check

Reflect on how your sleep, movement, food, stress and recovery patterns compare with the habits generally associated with healthier ageing. It is a reflection on daily patterns, not a measurement of your body. Start the Biological Age Check

Longevity Lifestyle Audit

Review the everyday areas most often linked with long-term health — movement, food, sleep, stress and connection — and see which one is worth starting with rather than trying to change all of them at once. Start the Longevity Lifestyle Audit

How the healthy habits program works

Step 1

Understand your starting point

Complete a short assessment across everyday routines, goals and relevant context. Review the core result before deciding whether to create an account.

Step 2

Choose one foundation

Start where change feels useful and realistic. Trying to overhaul every routine at once can hide which action actually helped.

Step 3

Set a small daily action

Translate the foundation into a clear action you can adjust. Nily should offer choices and ranges, not present an automated suggestion as medical instruction.

Step 4

Check in without streak pressure

Record what happened in a few moments. Missing a day is information, not failure, and must not trigger guilt, urgency or a punitive reset. Explore Daily Health Check-In

Step 5

Review patterns in context

Look at habits alongside energy, mood, symptoms, life events and professional guidance. A relationship between two tracked signals does not prove that one caused the other.

Step 6

Continue, change focus or seek care

Keep a useful routine, select a more relevant program or prepare questions for a qualified professional. The program must route concerning symptoms away from ordinary engagement flows.

What the Nily health foundations program includes

Personal starting assessment

Organize goals and current routines into a clear starting view. The result is educational and must not be labelled a diagnosis, medical clearance or prediction.

Adaptable daily plan

Select one or more optional actions and adjust them as life changes. Recommendations must distinguish general wellness education from individualized professional advice.

Gentle habit tracker

Track completion, barriers and selected context without public leaderboards, shame, streak-loss pressure or advertising based on sensitive health behaviour.

Daily health check-in

Connect habits with how you feel and function. Keep the check-in concise and make every optional field visibly optional. Explore Daily Health Check-In

Longitudinal progress view

Review trends over time without using a single score as proof of health, risk or program success. Explore Health Tracking

Relevant next-step navigation

Move to a focused program, a free tool or a professional service when the broader foundations pathway is no longer the best fit.

Consistency matters more than perfection

Habits are affected by illness, disability, work, caregiving, money, food access, safety, culture and changing priorities. A useful program makes room for pauses and adaptation.

Nily must not:

  • Rank people publicly or shame missed actions.
  • Use streak loss, countdowns or health-risk language to force daily engagement.
  • Label foods, bodies or people as "good," "bad," "clean" or "failed."
  • Promise rapid transformation, disease prevention, reversal or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Treat a habit score as a medical diagnosis or clearance.
  • Infer that a person is non-compliant because an action was not recorded.

Healthy lifestyle guidance should be personal and evidence-aware

Healthy patterns vary with age, health conditions, disability, pregnancy, culture, local foods, resources and professional advice. Nily should explain the principle behind an action and provide adjustable options.

Do not start, stop or change a medicine, supplement, restrictive diet or treatment because of a general wellness result. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or have symptoms that concern you, use appropriate individualized guidance.

Prepare for an Online Doctor Consultation

When a wellness program is not enough

Seek qualified care for new, severe, persistent or worsening symptoms; symptoms that interfere with daily life; possible medicine side effects; or questions about diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy or an existing condition.

For severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, fainting, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, a serious allergic reaction, immediate danger or another possible emergency in India, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an assessment, app response or email.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Nily Everyday Health Foundations Program?

It is a structured wellness pathway that helps you assess everyday routines, choose a practical focus, track habits and review progress. It is not a diagnosis or treatment program.

What are healthy habits?

Healthy habits are repeatable actions that support wellbeing, such as consistent sleep routines, varied nourishment, appropriate hydration, suitable movement, recovery and preventive follow-through. The right action depends on individual context.

How do I start a healthy lifestyle?

Begin with one area that matters and one manageable action. Review how it fits before adding more. A complete overnight transformation is neither required nor realistic.

Is this a habit tracker app?

Habit tracking is one part of the program. Nily also connects an assessment, daily check-ins, contextual progress review and relevant health pathways.

Does Nily give a personalized wellness plan?

Nily can organize selected goals and suggest adjustable educational actions. Automated suggestions are not individualized medical advice and should not override professional guidance.

Do I have to track every day?

No. Check-ins should be optional, and missing a day must not erase progress or trigger pressure. Use the frequency that remains useful and sustainable.

Does the program prescribe a diet or exercise plan?

No universal prescription is appropriate. General education must remain flexible, while medical nutrition or exercise guidance requires appropriate individual context and qualified oversight.

Can this program treat diabetes, high blood pressure or another condition?

No. It may help organize general habits alongside care, but it does not diagnose, treat or replace a condition-specific plan or qualified clinician.

Is the free health assessment a medical test?

No. It is an educational starting assessment. It cannot establish a diagnosis, rule out disease or confirm that an activity is safe for you.

What happens to my tracking data?

Nily must explain storage, access, retention and deletion choices. Sensitive health entries must be excluded from advertising audiences, session replay and general marketing analytics.

Is this program available across India?

Nily's digital program—assessment, tracking and check-ins—is available wherever the app or website can be used in India. Any professional service, local referral or paid feature may have a different service area and must be confirmed before payment.

How can I contact Nily?

For support or privacy questions, email care@nily.health. For business or partnership enquiries, email Info@annotatory.com.
